Questions
Why is the text so big on 5164 labels?
Each label is 3-1/3 x 4 in, so the address starts at a large size and only shrinks if it needs to. That makes it easy to read on a box from across a room.
My labels print a little off. What do I change?
In your computer's print window, set Scale to 100% or Actual size, not Fit to page. Then print the test page on plain paper and hold it against a label sheet to check the lines match.
Can I use a sheet I've already used part of?
Yes. Set Start at label number to the first empty label. Labels are numbered across each row, then down the sheet.
Can I paste addresses from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Copy the rows in Excel or Google Sheets and paste them in. Each row becomes one label, and each cell becomes a line.
Do you keep my address list?
No. The PDF is made in your browser and your list is never uploaded or saved.
